Elevators

All elevators are secured after business hours, you must have an access card or key fob to use them. If you need to use the service elevator after normal business hours or on weekends, please submit a request in JBG SMITH Connect or contact the Property Management Team.
 

Monitoring Center/Access Provider:  Kastle Systems
 

Passenger Elevator(s): There are four passenger elevators and one service elevator in each building. All the elevators are secured after business/lease hours so you must have a Kastle key fob to use them. Elevators are secured from 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, and Secured 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Weight limit : 3,500 lbs
  • Height limiit : 8 ft 10 inches
     

 

The passenger elevators are not to be used for moving and/or deliveries.
